New Hope’s National Referral System (NRS) will work closely with you to assist you in the placement of your referral. Our referral and admissions process is simple:

·  No admissions application

·  No required face-to-face interviews

Just call us at our toll free number, or fax your referral information to us at (843) 851-1075, including any relevant:

·  Psychological Evaluation(s)

·  Psychosocial or Social History

·  Medical, Physical, and Medication History

·  Educational Information

·  Discharge Summaries

You may also choose to email your referral information to us at nrs@newhopetreatment.com.

We will respond to you within 72 hours of receiving clinical information.

We recognize the importance of assuring that the individual you are referring is placed in a program that will best meet his/her clinical needs.
