The Employee of the Quarter is Mr. Daniel Butler
Way to go Mr. Butler! Mr. Butler worked as a quarantine staff for multiple rounds and is now helping out at the front desk as an entry screener. When not doing these jobs, he assists the Education department with a variety of tasks requiring on site assistance. Thank you for your flexibility to go wherever New Hope needs you!!
The Role Model of the Quarter is Mr. Sharome Wright
Congrats and well deserved Mr.Wright! “Rome” has impeccable customer service skills, answering radio calls throughout the day for a wide variety of issues. He assisted in recruitment to his department and is now providing training to its newest member. Congratulations Rome!
The Safety Award Winner is Ms. Debra M
Fantastic stuff from Ms. Debra and well deserved! Ms. Debra worked closely to gain the trust of a resident, who came to New Hope with a long history of self-injurious behavior, then utilized that relationship to identify a potential safety hazard in our environment of care so that we could permanently abate it. The residents and staff appreciate your focus on patient safety Ms. Debra M!
The Educator of the Quarter is Mr. Jonathan Ritch
Hooray for Mr. Ritch! Mr. Ritch, has done an excellent job of implementing multiple resources to meet the needs of his students as we work remotely. He actively searches for ideas and materials to enhance lesson delivery and improve student outcomes. Mr. Ritch takes the time to develop a strong rapport with his students, resulting in increased student engagement. He can easily tell you each student’s individual interests, strengths, and areas of need. Many thanks to Mr. Ritch for the incredible support he provides for his students as we educate from a distance.
