New Hope’s HR Director, Ric Rodriguez, was recently asked to serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), the world’s premier credentialing organization for the human resources profession. As an SME, Ric collaborated in the development of HRCI’s new learning and assessment product line called upSkill™ (https://www.hrci.org/upskill/overview).
The selection of Ric to serve on this project is indicative of the quality work and leadership he provides daily at New Hope.
