Harnessing Healthcare with the iPhone

With the iPhone 5 due for release, I came across this neat slide show about the history of the iPhone and its use in healthcare. After many frustrating experiences with various other smartphones, I made the switch to the iPhone earlier in 2012. I have since been very pleased with the iPhone’s functions for professional use (email, internet, camera, and applications), but would really like to take further advantage of the technology.

I am quite interested in healthcare apps, including use with electronic medical records and video conferencing potential for telepsychiatry purposes. For those in the psychiatric residential treatment facility world, have you found specific applications or features that help clinicians and/or consumers/families?
