New Hope Hero – Mr. Sharome “Rome” Wright

Not all Super Heroes wear capes…our latest Hero wears a tool belt.  That’s right, Mr. Rome Wright is the man to get things done, to get them done right, to get them done on time, to get them done with a sense of pride and care.  Mr. Rome joined New Hope in 2019 and has been a strong contributor to our  building, staff and kids since stepping through our doors.  He is a man on a mission to make sure the facility is at it’s best for kids and staff.  He possesses all the qualities any team would like to have in one of it’s members. He is selfless, dependable, self-starter, hard-worker, responsive, efficient, safety conscientious, caring and the list goes on.

Rome’s supervisor sums it up well, “Rome is a show up guy, he rarely misses work and when he is going to be out he wraps up all that he is working on ahead of time. He always has a positive attitude ,excellent communication skills, everything I need for the lead tech position”.

Advice from Mr. Rome “Work for a cause not applause, live live life to express not impress and don’t strive to make your presence noticed…strive to make your absence felt”.
