New Hope Hero – Ms. Whitney Johnson

Introducing our latest New Hope Hero, Ms. Whitney Johnson!  Whitney is a leader for New Hope Carolinas in ever sense of the word.  Her impact is on full display daily on our Starting Pointe program where she has been instrumental in developing and maitaining a safe and therapuetic culture for both kids and staff.  Her calm demeanor, expansive skill set and her natural ability to lead has forged the way for the success of many youth on Starting Pointe.

Whitney’s “Super Power” is the level of pride she takes in her daily work and being the first to arrive and last to leave. This approach is contagious and filters down to our newest employees.  Having a role model like Whitney on the job and leading our workforce helps us to live up to our name and provide our residents with….New Hope!
