Sam Phifer Elected Vice President of SC ATSA

New Hope Treatment Centers is proud to announce that Sam Phifer was elected Vice President of the South Carolina Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers (SCATSA) for the 2014-15 term. Mr. Phifer has served as the Executive Director of New Hope Carolinas for 7 years. He is a licensed clinical social worker and has over 25 years of clinical experience assessing and treating individuals who sexually harm. He is a clinical member of ATSA and has trained nationally on theory and practice of treating sexual harm. We know that Mr. Phifer will represent our organization and SCATSA with integrity and ethics as the chapter contributes to research, assessment and treatment of this population.
