New Hope Carolinas just completed a comprehensive taste testing of our new food products. Dietary staff set up testing tables comprised of samples of each of the new food products we are proposing to serve through our new vendor. Every consumer was invited to participate, as well as staff, to give us their opinions on each product. Overall, it’s clear the consumers and staff liked the majority of products sampled. It’s satisfying to see the concept of youth driven care in an event like this. Kudos to the dietary staff for the idea!
