We’ve been working hard to make sure our environment of care reflects a positive, warm, therapeutic and welcoming vibe.  On a trip to his family dogs veterinarian, or COO, noticed testimonials on the walls from satisfied customers.  The quotes were inspiring and the manner in which they were displayed made a lasting impression and he thought “This is absolutely something we should do”.
