New Hope Hero – Nikki Davis

Rock Hill, S.C., May 1, 2024 –Today’s New Hope Hero embodies the passion that is required to succeed and provide services for our youth.

Nikki Davis has been a Team Supervisor for Waypoint 1 for two years. She is a “bulldog” when it comes to her residents in the community. She consistently fights for their rights and makes sure that they receive the best treatment available.

Her tenacity and energy for her job and her residents is only overshadowed by how big her heart is for the work she is doing. She is constantly asking others what she can improve on. She is always there when she is needed and doesn’t impede her staff while they are doing their jobs.

When asked what her superpower is, one word came to mind: PRESENCE. Ms. Davis exudes what we all strive for daily and that is to have such a presence when she is in the building that things just feel safer. The residents and staff on her community know that she will do anything and everything to keep them safe and on the right track. Her ethics are unwavering, and she stands on everything she says with heart and true grit. She is an amazing leader, supervisor, coach, trainer, and just an all-around amazing role model for everyone at New Hope.
