Employee Awards!

Each quarter we like to take a moment and spotlight some employees doing the exceptional work.   During the pandemic it’s been particularly challenging for our dedicated staff and here are a few who have demonstrated exceptional skill, passion and expertise. 

Employee of the Quarter:  This award goes to Sharone “Rome” Wright in maintenance. Rome now serves as a primary trainer of new personnel in the maintenance department. He demonstrates compassion for a job well done and routinely goes outside of his normal job duties to utilize excellent customer services skills with everyone. Thank you, Rome!

Role Model of the Quarter: Our Role Model award goes to Christyna Clements in nursing. Christyna is patient, kind, courteous and accommodating. She goes above and beyond her minimum job requirements and has become a tremendous asset to the team. She makes herself available for any dialogue and consult. She is extremely patient with the residents. Congratulations on a job well done!

Safety Award: Our safety award goes to two employees; Jaquilla Patterson and Sierra Robinson on LEAP. These employees used patience and their training to avoid a restraint, exuding all the principles taught by Building Bridges and the Six Core Strategies initiatives. Nice work ensuring safety!

Educator of the Quarter: Niki Zachry is our Educator of the Quarter. She has been a great support to our department and to our organization. She has assisted in the development of our data collection system and has picked up many shifts during the staffing shortage. Her kindness, positive attitude, and dedication to her students make her an excellent candidate for this award. Many thanks to her on behalf of her students and coworkers.
